His experiences in buying, selling, and renting properties provided him with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. In the early 2000s, he founded Osa Tropical Properties, a family-owned real estate business in Costa Rica, which is now managed by his son.
Several years later, Remy and his partner visited Bocas del Toro in Panama. Captivated by the crystal-clear Caribbean waters, welcoming locals, tropical climate, and affordable living, they decided to expand their real estate ventures to this idyllic paradise.
